Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies only to products purchased through our online store.

This shipping policy does not apply to products that are ordered through one of our account managers. If you would like to arrange for a custom order/shipping method, please contact us directly at support@bccommunications.ca or 604-985-0340.

We ship anywhere in Canada. We do not ship to the U.S. or any other international location.

Currently, we only offer shipping via Canada Post - Expedited Parcel. Shipping is free for any orders that are greater than $300. If you are local, there is an option to pick-up in-store for free. In this case, purchased items will be held at our office for pick-up.

Our office address is 106- 1515 Barrow Street, North Vancouver, BC, Canada, V7J1B7.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed.

Our hours of operation are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Any orders received outside of these hours will be process on the subsequent day.

Most of the product offered through our online store is usually in stock, however, stock levels fluctuate because we cater to on-line and direct sales. If we have the product in stock, the expected processing time is 1-2 days.

If the product is not in stock we will order it in from our vendor, which usually takes 7-10 days. Credit card purchases through the online store are always pre-authorized and will not be charged immediately. Before we order the product in, we will contact you directly and notify you of the delay. We will also give you the option to cancel the purchase if you do not wish to wait. After we notify you of any delay and you still wish to proceed with the order, we will then charge your credit card for the order. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and notify you when the product is fulfilled/shipped from our office. Note: most of our vendors (Motorola or other) do not offer drop shipping options, which means we need to have the product first shipped to our office, and then we ship to you from our office.

The shipping prices and estimated shipping times are automatically calculated by Shopify based on the address information you provide upon check-out. We do not currently charge any additional fees for processing the order.
