Collection: Satellite

When you are past the last cell tower and out of repeater range, satellite is what is left. B.C. Communications supplies Iridium satellite phones, ZOLEO satellite communicators, the Icom IC-SAT100 push-to-talk satellite radio, and Starlink internet equipment for crews working in Northern B.C., the Interior, the coast and the backcountry.

Iridium is the network that genuinely covers the poles and the open ocean, which matters for marine, forestry, mining, exploration and search and rescue work in this province. We also supply airtime plans and prepaid minutes, and we rent satellite phones through Canada Wide Communications for short projects and expeditions.

Contact us to work out which device and airtime plan fits your project.
